Return and refund policy

14 Day Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@packrats.nl.

If your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label, along with clear instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Important Notice for Collectible Items

Please note: special conditions apply to Packrats collectible items.

Because the collectibles are limited, their value is directly linked to the condition of the item, its packaging, and the integrity of the seal. For this reason, Packrats reserves the right to reject a return if the collectible value of the item has been reduced.

A reduction in collectible value may include, but is not limited to:

• A broken or tampered void sticker or seal
• Damaged or altered packaging
• Any condition that affects the item’s status as a mint collectible

If the collectible value is deemed to be reduced after inspection, we are legally entitled to refuse the return, and no refund will be issued. This is because the item can no longer be resold as a collectible in its original state.

In such cases, we recommend selling the item through the secondary or resale market, where opened or damaged collectibles may still retain value.

This policy applies to Packrats collectible items and does not affect the standard return policy for non-collectible products.

Returns for Non-Collectible Items

For all items that are not collectibles, the standard 14-day return policy applies, regardless of the reason for return, as long as the item meets the return conditions stated above.

If approved, you will receive a full refund.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception.

If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at info@packrats.nl, so we can evaluate the issue and provide a suitable solution.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have. 

Once the return is approved, place a new, separate order for the desired item

 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

However, this right does not apply to collectible items if:

• The seal has been broken
• The packaging is damaged
• The collectible value has been reduced

All returned items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging.

 

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your return has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@packrats.nl.

 

Stock Availability and Cancellations

In the event that an order is canceled after the release of a new product due to insufficient stock, a full refund will be processed immediately to the original payment method.
